Don't Lose Your Concert Tickets!

Concerts are an important part of the KSMF music education programs.
Included in the tuition fee are non-transferable tickets for the Sunday to Thursday evening concerts.
Students will not be admitted into the concerts without these tickets.

ABSOLUTELY No Nut Products

Do not bring nuts and/or nut products to KSMF. This includes peanuts, sandwiches, cookies etc. We have students attending KSMF who have serious nut allergies.

Behaviour: KSMF Expectations and Consequences

Each student is entitled to learn without unnecessary distraction. We expect participants to treat themselves and others with respect and to take proper care of loaned instruments, equipment and facilities. Disruptive conduct cannot be tolerated.

Our faculty, staff and volunteers do their best to be understanding, but because our timeline is short, it may not be possible to give "second chances" to those who engage in unacceptable behaviour.
Uncooperative participants will be removed from the program and no refund will be given.
Unacceptable behaviour may result in future registrations being declined.

KSMF is not a school. KSMF cannot provide educational assistants or one-on-one supervision of students that may be provided in a school setting. In the event that a student does not have the attention span required for their program, KSMF, at its sole discretion, may remove the student from the program.

Refunds, if any, will be given at KSMF's sole discretion.

Parents/guardians: please explain this as needed to younger students before they attend the festival.
